We recently had a romantic getaway in a hotel, and it was lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the beach from our balcony. The location was perfect, as there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. One of the best things about the hotel was the excellent spa services available. We both enjoyed massages and facial treatments and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
There were some negative aspects to our stay. The room was lacking in basic amenities, such as toothbrushes and slippers.

The hotel has a good location and spacious rooms, but that's about it. The room is comfortable with basic facilities but the staff could be more courteous and could improve their service. The breakfast spread is limited, lacking in variety and quality. The bathroom could be cleaner and it lacks slippers and sufficient towels as stated by another guest. The hotel could do with better maintenance and facilities such as fixing the non-working AC mentioned in another review.
The hotel needs improvement in terms of service and facilities.

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the key location of the hotel. It was very convenient to be close to the city center and its festivities. The staff was also friendly and accommodating, which made the check-in process easy. the room was spacious and had a nice view from the balcony.
But despite these positives, I must say that my overall experience at the hotel was not great. The room was also not very clean, and that was quite a turn off.
